How to Submit a Manuscript?


Overview

The International Journal of Innovative Medicine (IJIM) uses a secure online submission system to manage the peer-review process. Manuscripts submitted via email or postal mail will not be accepted.

Please follow the step-by-step guide below to successfully submit your work.


Step 1: Account Registration & Login

  • Existing Users: If you have previously submitted a paper or reviewed for IJIM, please click the "Login" button at the top right corner and enter your credentials.

  • New Users: If this is your first time, click "Register".

    • Fill in the required fields (Name, Affiliation, Country, Email).

    • Important: Please link your ORCID iD during registration to ensure accurate attribution of your work.


Step 2: Start a New Submission

  • Once logged in, go to your "User Dashboard".

  • Click on the "Make a New Submission" (or New Submission) button.

  • Select Section: Choose the appropriate category for your manuscript (e.g., Original Research, Review Article, Case Report).

  • Submission Checklist: You will see a list of requirements (e.g., "I confirm the work is original"). Check all the boxes to proceed.


Step 3: Upload Submission Files

This is the most critical step. Since IJIM uses a Double-Blind Peer Review process, you must upload your files separately:

  1. Main Manuscript File (Blind): Upload the full text of your paper here. WARNING: This file must not contain any author names, affiliations, or acknowledgments.

  2. Title Page: Upload a separate Word document containing the title, all author names, affiliations, and contact details of the corresponding author.

  3. Supplementary Files: Upload other necessary documents such as:

    • Copyright Transfer Form

    • Ethics Committee Approval (PDF)

    • Similarity / Plagiarism Report


Step 4: Enter Metadata

  • Title & Abstract: Copy and paste the title and abstract of your manuscript into the text boxes provided.

  • Keywords: Enter the keywords separated by commas or by pressing "Enter".

  • Contributors: Click "Add Contributor" to enter the details of all co-authors.

    • Note: Ensure the order of authors matches the Title Page.


Step 5: Confirmation and Finish

  • Review all the information you have entered.

  • If everything is correct, click the "Finish Submission" button.

  • You will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging that your submission has been received.


Troubleshooting

  • Forgot Password? Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to reset it.

  • System Errors: If you encounter technical issues during upload (e.g., file size limits), please contact our support team at info@ijimjournal.com.
